Its part of an extension - so I have an inclusive price for the plumbing & electrics.
1) Havent asked about extraction yet - we would like one that vents all the heat/odours outside. How much do you think that should be?
2) Worktops - Dont know, what will he be likely to charge for (cuting/fitting etc)0
