Lloyds TSB - Refund CCD?

I have just received a copy of my bank charges from Lloyds TSB and am about to request a refund. I have not yet mentioned to Lloyds that I am looking to reclaim these charges, the only letter I have sent to them so far was asking for details of the charges. About 2 weeks after I sent that letter I noticed on my account that a sum of money was paid into it and all it said was "Refunds CCD". Does anyone know what this stands for?
I paid off and cancelled my Lloyds credit card a long time ago so I don't think it is anything to do with that (I thought ccd might stand for credit card) and I also thought it would be strange for Lloyds to refund anything without being asked/pestered/forced to!

  • I have to say I would ask them what it means cos it means nothing to me.
