For a Visa Debit card with BOS you will have a credit search done. If you fail this then you can keep the account you have or apply for easycash if you don't have existing electron account.
Not all customers qualify for a Visa Debit account(Ultimate Reward, Reward Account). Not heard anything about them stopping Visa Electron or phasing it out and I work there.0
