Dont worry about them asking your GP for more info, it's pretty standard especially with something like epilepsy which is so interchangable and mostly based on what you say is happening instead of a medical.
They have been asking my GP & consultant for info since I was 15, prob just to check what you say on my forms tallys up with what you have been telling your doctors over a period of time.0 -
Good to know that is standard procedures then,
do you know roughly how long it will take for decision to be made
after they recieve my GP letters back....
thanks ......0 -
No one can say I'm afraid. Depends how many staff they have, how many applications they are dealing with and how quickly your doctors are in responding to them and if they decide they want info from a consultant after getting info from your GP and how detailed and well presented the original application was, good luck.0
