suspended ebay account

hi its my first post on here and i need some help.
my fiance had his ebay account suspended about a year ago due to receiving 4 unpaid item strikes. this meant when he wanted to sell an item i used my account to sell it and allowed him access to my account so he could follow its progress whilst i was working.
however about a month ago, ebay suspended my account as they believe it is connected to my fiances old account and so ebay think i am the owner of both accounts. the only reason i can think this has happened is either because i allowed him access or because i used his address when i ordered something on his behave (we dont live together).
i have emailed ebay repeatedly trying to explain the situation but they keep sending automated messages and say the only way to get my account back is to either contact the sellers who posted the strikes or to pay for the items. since they were listed over a year ago it is not feasible to pay for them, so we have both emailed the sellers asking for them to remove the strikes, although i think this it unlikely to happen.
does anyone have any advice or should i just wait and hope for the best?
thanks in advance

try ebay live chat? you get a little bit more sense than the automated email reply!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
The trouble is... however you try to explain this, you're going to confirm that the accounts are linked. My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Hoping for the best won't work with ebay, you will have to be pro active but since the accounts are linked I am at a loss as to what to suggest here.
I Also think that with 4 unpaid strikes on the original account that many people will not have much sympathy, however, there is no harm in trying to resolve it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Surely the accounts are linked though? They banned a 'person' & by allowing said 'person' to use your account you've flounced their ruling so I would guess that they are right in suspending your account too if he's using it?0

So he sold an item using your account and Ebay suspended yours for being linked to his account? Moral of the story is don't let people who bid on stuff and not pay for it use your Ebay account.0

Surely ebay are right in thinking the accounts are linked in that case. Doubt there's anything you can do.0

MY ebay account was suspended, yesteday, no negative feedbacks or fake item.no unpaid fee or bid. only I start tree weeks ago. and Paypal verified. and 6 positive feed. for my shopping.
I contact them and the reply was a automated letter with the policies. They say my listing or my actions could be fraudulent.
I read and read the policies, none match with my list or shopping in ebay. I ask them why. Also I ask them which of my shopping, bidding, or my listing, ( few used items and some postcards) was the reason of the suspension. they sent my other automated letter, saying the same.
No contact number, the lively contact , they say, is no alive, is a machine, and say the same thing over and over.
They earn millions or billions but do no expend in help or answers small users. I think.
I am very annoy. should have other good auctionsite, i will promote

If you are asking whether we know any other auction sites then the only one out there that gets any traffic is ebid, but that is running on empty now.I think.

If you are promoting a website, and I'm sorry I am not entirely clear what you mean, then you can't advertise here but if you have found a new one let me know and I'll add it to the FAQ.
AS for getting banned, it will only be due to selling not buying. Did you have any odd terms that breached ebay rules in your auctions, keyword spamming, trying to get round free postage categories or such like?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Then wave goodbye to EBay. You will soon be booted permanently.0
