Evening!!! Well, I need some chillin' - I am exhausted from my contract in London. Three days to go and I can't wait! I'd forgotten how tiring commuting for two hours each way is, although at least I stocked up on home cooked meals to put in the freezer so I've been able to eat properly. i have resisted buying stuff, mostly, so far in five weeks have only bought lunch once, I did buy a new handbag but I *ahem* 'needed' one (£30), and have succumbed to the odd pain au chocolat but mostly have taken sandwiches and porridge oats and been very good!
And today I noticed a colleague had a load of £2 coins so I swapped them for non-collectable money!!!! :rotfl: He thought I was a bit mad but I explained what I wanted them for and he said he thought it was a great idea!
I feel like I've been away from here for ages. My best mate has gone and got engaged after only nine weeks
I have also given in and booked a haircut (£50! ) because it has been 11 weeks now and I look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards.

Evening Skintchick, evening everyone!
Great idea, a chillout zone for DFW.
Is the booze as good here as in the Arms? Mine's a pint of cider.
I've just posted on the Good News thread - my best mate had her second child today and I'm so happy. Makes everything else fade away for a while...
Cheers fellow DFWs :beer:Highest debt - £24500

I need to buy everyone a drink too  DD has got herself a good job after 6 months of looking. I'm so pleased.
By myself tonight because OH has gone to Istanbul until Thursday night on business. He's off to Sri Lanka next Tuesday for 5 ays as well. I'd be jealous except I know that virtually all he sees of the countries are their airports, hotels and warehouses, not exactly scintillating sightseeing :rolleyes:0
