Bank made me sign a letter/disclaimer

Hi,
I suddenly got a lot of bank charges in 2007 that snowballed. I argued with the bank as I had accumulated the charges from buying small items on my Maestro card and it had not been declined. I would not have bought the items had I known. As I had no money to eat/get to work I argued that the charges were unfair. When I was in the bank in order to get any money back they asked me to sign a piece of paper. I think it was just a word document someone had typed up that said to the effect I understood I would incur charges in the future should I go over the limit. As I was over £300 over my overdraft I didnt really have a choice. On 21st June 2007 RBS repaid the charges. I have just gone through and listed my bank charges since 2002 and wondered if I would still be able to claim them? Bellow is an itemised account deducting the £447 I got back and outlining the before and after so 2007 is in two parts. Has anyone experienced this?
Thanks.

after 21st June 2007 then yes but many claims were signed prior to the OFT test case as full and final settlements of the claim. Unfortunately old charges have gone I would suspect.0 -
