    They earn money just like any other company dont they?

    Lots of companies will provide free advice and in fact if any company tries to charge you before discussing your options or providing a tangible service then walk away.
    CCCS were no help to me at all; it was really difficult to get anything meaningful from them.
    However, as I'm arguably self employed I used the Business Debt Line and they were incredibly helpful, almost an exact opposite in fact!
