Has anyone been contacted by any of these companies saying that if you have credit cards over two years you have been mis sold them and could due to goverment rulings get the balances back. I have and am confused They have asked for a fee of £900 per card which they say goes onto the card and the bank reimburse this. Is this true?

Ask them if they'll operate on a 'no win no fee' basis - if they're that confident they'll get your debt wiped then they should be fine with that... somehow I don't think they will be though.....0

Reading that made me laugh. Thank you. :rotfl: You have to admire these companies for getting this whole idea to spread faster than any swine flu panic."Click the pennies. Collect the pounds."0 -
