New Pc - Getting the right one at the right price

I'm looking for the right PC to get before September for my return to part-time Uni, thing is i haven't been paying attention to CPU's or any hardware since i bought a laptop 4-5 years ago.
My main needs are a responsive system with a good screen and high resolution 24" with a 1920 x 1080, which will do all the usual email etc and multitask office 2007, alongside itunes and spotify the ones i've been looking at are around the £500 mark, with the windows 7 upgrade
Heres an example of the ones i've been looking at.
I've no need for games, but one that can handle and store media would be good is this overkill, bearing in mind i would like it to last another 4 years.

do you realise that this comes with 6 usb ports available for immediate use and not the 12 it states it has, apart from that I would like to see it have better graphics at the price.0

mind you on second thoughts it does seem a fair price with the 22" monitor included0
-
I was going to boost it to 24" for another £30
