No, as I've stated before, I have many socks, but no sock puppets.

    I like rewired, though.

Does wonders for my thanks count. :)

Clearly, rewired is someone of great taste, discretion and intelligence.

Well, that rules out a large number of posters on here.......

And out of interest, who are you bluey?

Don't think you've introduced yourself either? - or did I miss it? I'm not around that much these days, since I finished my marking and now have my life back... :)

Its a shame rewired hasn't made a post yet? So obviously created as a 'thanker'

Quite possibly - but not by me.

To create another identity just to thank oneself would be the height of sadness.

There are some posters on here that sad - and yes, Dan/chucky that includes you - but I am not one of them.

ED: Oh for goodness sake - I just checked and you actually thanked your own post, above!

    How ridiculous.

lol - nothing like trying to come on this board just to get some attention and get some entertainment in your life.

if you can prove that it is the case. let's have it.

otherwise just shut up and carry on being the bitterest poster of the board that can't afford to buy a house for her family

have a nice day duchess :)

I remember the days when you were first on the scene for the Nationwide/Halifax figures.

91% of sellers are achieving their asking price is quite high - why would this be a mistake?

the time to sell is looking pretty impressive too - only one week from being at 2006 levels and a 2 from 2003/2004

Interesting. Dan and Chucky have such similar thought processes that they are both unable to understand the Hometrack report...

    91% of the asking price = £91k achieved a £100k price...NOT 91% of sellers.
