That awful, how disheartening. But TBH I think it was a human error, therefore I'd assume there is nothing you can do. But fingers crossed for you x

I don't understand why they call people to let them know they have won 2nd / 3rd prize, as in the winning text it says we will call you within 48 hours if you have won the big prize.

Also what is he difference between 2nd and 3rd prize. I thought if you won you either got a 1st prize along wit a call (Main expensive prizes) or 2nd Prize ( non call) and won a beanie, mug or chalkboard - so whats a third prize ????

I got a phone call to say I had won a second prize which was a beanie hat. I presume I got a call because they needed my address.

I should think what he said to you in person is what you will get, but you never know. Carry on with the texts and you might find another win. I won a first prize five days later.
