Northern Rock Hardship

Dear all,
I am currently unemployed and I am finding things difficult as I only have £64.00 per week coming in.
I have phoned the Northern Rock twice asking for a I & E form but they haven't sent me one as I have 90p in my account is this right.
I am not getting any reply to my emails and I can't afford to even send a letter to them as I can't afford postage or ink for my printer.
What can I do?

The above is an income and expenditure and from your initial post I cannot see any evidence of financial hardship which is priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)0
