When I view maps on Multimap.com, which I want to print, I can view a blue line which indicates the route but when I attempt to print them the blue line has disappeared. What settings do I need to change in order to see the blue line when I print the directions?

The answer to your question is dependent upon the Operating System you are using, the browser you are using, the printer you are using and the printer driver that you are using.

Unless and until it occurs to you to reveal these items of essential information, nobody can give you any counsel on how to solve your problem.

As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

XP, Internet Explorer 8, HP7210 and where can I find the printer driver that I am using?

You are printing from a web page. Some printers by default do not print the background of web pages. When you next try to print, open the properties box and have a poke around.
Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!

I attempted that but it didn't make any difference, that's why I thought it best to ask on here rather than change too many settings!! :o

Are you printing from File>Print or from the Print These Directions on screen? I suspect the latter will provide better results

I tried the latter first but I have tried both.

Not sure of the actual cause, but try using Paint as an intermediary.

Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, which copies your screen to your Clipboard. Open Paint and press <ctrl><V>.

Edit to taste and then print.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks! I used Microsoft Word to copy the actual map and then I edited it and I printed it. It seems since Multimap updated their website that you can no longer view the blue line in print preview as I have read on their website and I have tried print preview on a few computers.
