Postage query

I'm selling some old Xbox games for my boys, and I wasn't allowed to put any postage on as games have to be listed as free postage. I've said UK only buyers.
Someone has sent me a question asking if I would post it to Portugal. Am I allowed to charge him postage, or would I have to send it to him for free postage?
The starting price takes into account first class UK postage but not international postage, and this game is in a collectors tin, so it weighs more than the usual plastic case.

Here I go again on my own....

Yes, you can still charge postage to international buyers.
Which is a clever way around the "free P&P" rules in the UK....
