( Only BT allow you to cps your calls to another supplier.)

Are your calls and line rental with BT?

What call bundle are you on at moment, are you paying for it or is it inclusive?

Who you thinking of moving your calls to?
  • That depends. Are you a CPS customer? (Line rental with BT, calls with someone else.)

If yes then you can leave anytime as CPS customers aren't contracted in for calls however, some companies put stipulations in the contracts regarding calls. Example: Sky Talk customers who leave then loss a discount on their broadband. Same applies to AOL customers.

If you have a broadband package you may have to pay extra for broadband.
