    my intended point is if its a contract sim, its very easy to go over the monthly allowance - just a cople of hours of streaming TV - and then the rest is chargeable at often a punitive rate-

    Mine is with Three; as my partner has a contract with them it's only £15 a month for 15GB. As long as you don't do online gaming or watch on-demand TV this is ample for all your study and social needs.
