Link won't work for me either, but pasta in cheese, leek and bacon sauce is one of my childrens' favourite meals! Especially with homemade cheesey rolls!

I know what you mean with the ingredients etc, bit like Nigella Lawson's recipes too, she put's loads of artery choking stuff in things and she's always so slim.

I just tried the link and it worked ok, give it another try and it should be ok. Otherwise check the Delia site direct for the recipe. If you still can't get into it then just think macaroni cheese with a not too thick cheese sauce with leeks and bacon which has been cooked slowly in butter thrown in with whatever else you want to put in there. Put in casserole and cover top with breadcrumbs and cheese.

Thanks for all your replies. My kids only had this a few nights back and are asking for it again, at this rate I'll be checking out the Losing Weight threads, 1, 2, 3, etc.
