Hey guys,
My first post after getting a lot of super useful info from this site!
Basically I bought a 40" LCD TV back in December 2007, and recently its broke, you still get a picture bit its in no way acceptable as the colour is completely shot.
Ive had a quick read of forums so Im getting up so speed (I cant post any links as Im new to the site!) however had a quick questions, As I bought the TV through Dixons online website, so should they be my point of contact or should it be the TV manufacturer? Also what form of contact would you recommend? Phone/Letter/Email?
Any other info or advice would be great.
Cheers
Kris
P.S.
Im still reading the legislation at the moment before I think about sending a letter/email

Contact the website first. You may need to get an engineer to assess the TVSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
