converting wmv to 3gp

Does anyone know how to convert video files wmv to 3gp so they can play on mobile phones?

    SUPER will probably do it here

    Though you will need to install the following:

    WMP Codecs

    If that doesn't work, you will need to use VirtualDub along with the above codecs.

    There is also an alternative method described here
