credit card statements

got my statements I requested off Aqua credit card, they have sent them but showing no charged or late payment fees I know for a fact I recieved charges what shall I do and they cashed in £10 cheque.

Now write to the Information Commissioners Office - ICO. Send them copies of statements, received thus far from Aqua. They're obviously, telling lies.

Does the statements go back 6 years?
If it does and there are no charges, then there are no charges to be reclaimed.

With all due respect, he said he received all the statements and there was no charges on them so I'm not sure the ICO can make them add charges to the statements that were not there already or am I missing something?
