what is this file

hello could some one explain to me what this file is

its located on my C:\ drive and its empty is it something that can be deleted or should it be left alone. thank you

P.S there are also some empty files on C:\ drive do i need them

Have you ever run Hijack reports?

That file
{9F5FBC24-EFE2-4f90-B498-EC0FB7D47D15} comes up with something about it , thats all.

And You shouldn't go deleting files from your C Drive.
Why do You want to delete them if theres no harm being done to your computer , you should just leave file system files alone. Otherwise you could run into problems than its worth it
