Can I demand my money back on an engagement ring

Hi, I bought an engagement ring on June and have decided not to get engaged anymore- I bought the ring with a credit card (mastercard). Apparently the jeweller will not take the ring back.

Do I have any rights or any possibility of obtaining my money back here- if not, can you recommend a course of action please?

    Nope sorry. There's nothing wrong with it so they are under no legal obligations to let you return it.

    The only thing I can suggest is selling it, ebay/jewellers etc. :)

    only two things you can do is either sell it or keep it till you really want to marry someone.
