Bank not responded to hardship claim

Hi MSE community,

I am new to this, and have a quick question that someone may be able to help me with (someone ho may have been through this before)

We have recently sent our bank a list of charges (using the template on this website) and 14 days has passed without hearing anything..

Plz could someone advise what we would be best doing now?

    Where did you send the request?
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    I am in the same boat as you, I sent mine on 1st June and they have not even acknowledged it! Mines A & L..

    Will be watching this with anticipation.

    Hiya, sorry for delay...
    I sent my forms that they sent me to their Bootle address, customer service centre I believe?... Was there another address? How can I contact them?...

    Another Santander company. Had to lose my temper in Abbey yesterday, over a new cheque book. My whatever happened to customer service, these days.

    I'm due to receive statement from Abbey, by the end of this week. Had to chase them up last week Friday.

    jos2004 - be careful with Abbey cheque books. One never got to me, and although I was told it was cancelled (they sent me another one) someone has in the last month been fraudulently using it to steal money from me. So far I've had the money back, but Abbey seem to be ignoring the fact that it was a chque book they supposedly CANCELLED.
