    Sorry, I must be getting jaded. I've seen a lot of posters with low post counts on many forums who's main aim seems to be to run down companies. Not saying that your experiences are not genuine.

    However there are many posters on internet forums in general who have it as part of their jobs to sign on and participate in discussions about their employers' competitors. One of the telltale signs is a low post count. In single figures in almost all cases.

    Not knowing you from Adam, you didn't immediately come across to me as someone who would be believed without reservation. Coupled with the fact that I have read very few complaints about Phones4U and, erm - none about DAP in this respect. Your post didn't sit comfortably with me, that's all.

    Appreciate your point though we all do have to start somewhere! i don't want to run any company down - but in our case our T&cs were changed and we were made to go through hoops until a threat to sue brought a remarkably rapid, positive end to our claim. I would be only too glad to be the exception to the rule.

    By the way - I am in complete agreement with you over disliking how some people prey on others who've owned up to making a mistake and then look for help (having read some of your other posts that you posted at the same time). That is where I was trying to come from - to be helpful. I can't stand it when some posters pontificate to those that didn't do as they should have done....

    At the risk of going all soft on you....well done for posting such positive feedback about Dialaphone...made me smile...
