I've been googling for a few days now (I hate asking questions that have been asked over and over) but I can't find an easy answer...

Its all hypothetical but we have been trying to do some back of fag packet type calculations and it seems that we can rebuild it but can't find out how much it would cost to knock it (smallish 4 bed detatched) down first.

I wouldn't dream of asking anyone to spend any time doing calculations but a ballpark figure would be great as we are just trying to work out whether it could be worth seeing off the big boys...
