tax credits renewal

is it correct that if you only got the basic £10 a week ctc and your income satyed the same you did not need to phone and confirm, but that it would be automatically renewed.

    Read your renewal pack, that will tell you if & how you need to renew your own claim.
  • sinstar is correct. The renewal form tells you what to do.

    You will either have a "Reply Required" Renewal where you must reply or have your claim terminated
    or
    You will have an "Auto Renewal" where you only need to let TCO know about any changes of circumstance and if your income is outwith the income bands shown.
