The grapes are no Spanish where as before have been from Egypt or Morocco, it is stil early season so you may find although the sugar levels are the same as normal they still have a acid taste. This will balance out more aqs the season gets into full swing.

The grapes we bought in the first week of the July offer were sour but since then they have been very nice. I suppose you could use sour ones in savoury cooking like in Moroccan type meat dishes which would take the flavour.

Since they've been on offer I've been getting through a punnet every 3 days or so, and they've all been fine.

My friends husband is the manager at a local mushroom farm who supply Aldi and other supermarkets. He says Aldi are far fussy and stricter about what they will accept!

I've bought a lot of the grapes from Aldi whilst they have been 49p & they have been delicious.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

I bought some and they tasted sour to me. My mates a big grape fan and I've noticed he's not getting through them too fast, so I guess it's because they aren't too sweet.
