Currys and Dixons have the Epson R200 photo printer at £49.99 in store and on their websites. Seems a very good deal compared to the other guys like comet etc?

Deal ends though 27/12/04!

    bought this for £70 not long ago on my barclaycard. can you still ge them to refund the difference? if so, how? ive never done it before and cant see anything on the site.

    I wanted one of these, but I am waiting to see how evryone else gets on with it.  :-/

    I wonder if it will go the same way as my printer, print quality decline etc etc  :-/

    I have terrible problems with printers, can't get decent prints on it after a few months.. even after cleaning/running utility.  :-/

    Find it easier to go into tesco and do my photos etc.

    That way, someone else has to go through the problem of keeping the print quality up to scratch. :)
    If only everything in life was as reliable...AS ME !!

    Currys offer has now ended. Went there today and the printer didn't have a price by it so I took it to the till and it came up as £84.99. They said the offer ended yesterday. Dixons still have it at £49.99 on the website I wish I had knew about that at the time as I would have got currys to price match.

    if you are buying a printer always check the price of the replacement ink cartridges before you go for it. Manufacturers always heavily discount the printers but get you when you need to replace the ink..!! :o

    Found the R200 compatibles for £8 for a full set at comp fairs, so no worries there ;D
