aqua card increases

Hi All,

Has anyone had an increase limit with aqua card , what did you start of with and how long did you wait for one ??.and did you pay off your balance if full or just the min payment .

    I think your spending habits are more important than those of other posters.
    I would imagine that Aqua being a sub prime card the interest rate would be much higher than normal anyway so my advice would be to pay the balance off as soon as possible - ask Experian for a copy of your credit files and if clean try for a better card.
    Paying minimum amounts on this type of card is total madness IMO.

    Aqua are sub-prime so expect a small limit with intermittent increments but as above poster (JonesMUFC) suggests; only use it a little and pay it off in full cos their high APR's make it almost impossible to budget using such a card. Look at the Sub-Prime CC Thread for full details as loads on there have Aqua..... personally, try your own bank first before going to any of these subbie issuers - sub-prime is really a last resort and high balances are not recommended...
