Seatwave help

Basically I have a pair of U2 tickets for 14th Aug Wembley concert. I sold the pair for around 320 on seatwave as I cannot go, several months back. However, I totally forgot I made this sale and listed them again, and sold them again for the same amount.

I am worried now seatwave will charge me £320 from my card for the other pair which I listed by accident. What can i do?

I had a similar issue on GETMEIN where I listed the wrong seat numbers, therefore effectively sold a pair I didn't have. The contract agreement with Seatwave or GETMEIN means that you have to provide the tickets you sold or a very similar pair, otherwise they will find them for you but you will have to pay the going rate at the time, which will probably be above the list price.

To avoid getting stung by GETMEIN I sourced a near identical pair on e-bay, got GETMEIN to confirm the buyer would accept them then bought them myself and sent these those to the buyer.
