hi yes i pay more than £50 per week in tax, have had no letters to sign or payed anything in tax since last dec. i havent even heard fron my OR since our telephone interview . now i dont know whether to own up to them or to save it up between now and my discharge date which is 1/12. :think:0

If you went br in December 08, then your nil tax code should have ended in April 2009 - it only applies until either the start of the new tax year or you start a new job. Contact HMRC and explain you are on a nil tax code and see what they say.
