Calling an Italian 0870 number

Options
Hi everyone

Recently my parents bought some concert tickets from ticketone.it for a concert while they are Italy. The tickets have yet to arrive and they would like to call ticketone to enquire about them and possibly now get them to send them to an address in Italy.

Now the thing is on the website there is only a number, 892101, that is only accesible from Italian phones, I suppose it is their equivelant of our 0870 service.

Does anyone know of anyway we can call it?
