You can just ask, or if you email this address, [EMAIL="accessforall@nationaltrust.org.uk"]accessforall@nationaltrust.org.uk[/EMAIL]
they will send you an Admit One card along with a book on the most easily accessible properties/attractions etc.
You do not have to name a specific person as your carer, so are free to choose who to take with you on any visit.
I emailed them and got mu card within a week.
