Student Loan - Maintenance Grant Option

Is it possible to get maintenance grant without taking the maintenance loan? I plan to take the loan to pay the fee but is it possible to obtain the maintenance grant with this option only?

As far as I am aware, it is not possible to just take out the grant. When I appled earlier this year the only option was the loan for tuition and maintenance and grant or just the loan.

You can take any combination of funding you like. When you complete your funding application, you will be assessed for the maintenance grant if your parents/partner provides financial information, but you won't be asked about it.

You can take the maintenance grant only (if you're entitled to it based on the income assessment). You can take the maintenance grant & maintenance loan, or just the fees loan - it's up to you to choose the option that suits you best based on your own circumstances.
