Hello,

I have permanent disability in Right Leg, ankle movement due to accident before 9 years, i have settled here in U.K and got ILR, Can some one guide me how to get certificate of disabled person to start claim for disable benefits ?

    There is no such thing as a certificate of disability.

    And there's no simple answer to what you can claim: some benefits are dependent on whether you've paid enough National Insurance in a particular period before you make your claim, or whether the UK has reciprocal arrangements with the country you've come from.

    And what you can claim has less to do with your disability than what you are unable to do as a result of your disability.

    You could try looking at the sticky threads at the top of the Benefits board.
