Wheelchair accessible hotel SW England or Wales

I'm looking for an Hotel that is 1) wheelchair accessible 2) has sea views and 3) is in SW England (Devon Cornwall Somerset) or Wales.

It's only for a few days, so money is no object (and I don't say that often). Anyone have any recommendations? I've looked at websites that say they have accessible hotels, but honestly, most are self-catering or guest houses. Ideally, I want a full-service hotel with an accessible room (roll in shower) plus accessible public rooms (e.g. terrace, restaurant, bar etc) with a real sea view (not one of the "crane your head to the left and squint" type of things).
