Prizee.com - They are stealing my money!

I have been a member of Prizee.com (http://www.en.prizee.com) for about a month now - when I first joined I had no problems with them...but this has all changed within the past week.
When I first joined the site you could claim 10, 100 or 300 euro cheques all for playing free online games...I checked out whether other people had indeed recieved these cheque and they had so I was not concerned.
I was also sent a personal stereo, laser & torch pen and a games controller in the post so I had no concerns that they would be a bad company...
Here's what the problem is however.
In order to make more money from Prizee you really had to purchase their MaxPacks...this enabled you to play more games so in effect earn more money in a quicker amount of time. I had purchased around £30 worth of MaxPacks over the month period and soon earned my 100 euros - I had made about a £40 profit even after conversion from euros.
When I went to claim my euro cheque I noticed it had suddenly been removed from the website as an option. They have completely changed their rules over the past week and have taken away the cheques and now people can only claim crappy prizes that are of no real use....even then you aren't guaranteed to get these prizes as they are only allocating a certain number per day. With the thousands of members on site it is really unlikely you will get that allocation.
In effect my money is stuck inside my Prizee account. There are many other people making complaints too as they have earnt about 300 or even 600 euros.
When I made a complaint to the Prizee staff I was told they were now only sending cheques to continental France. My parents have a house in France so I told them if that was the case they could send my cheque to our address in France. Prizee responded that I was not allowed to change my account address in order to gain Prizes....they just appear to be coming back with lame reponse after response in order not to pay out my money.
About two weeks ago they also changed the euro's to stupid things called Bubz which allegedly the same as euros but just with a more "international" name.
I'm worried that they are going to steal my money for good. Are there any government agencies that can force Prizee to give me my money back? Being in the EU afterall surely I have rights about getting my money back - false advertisements etc? They made all these changes without warning any of the members of Prizee. I feel they have been very misleading.
I would appreciate if anyone could give me some quotes that I could use against Prizee next time I contact them.
Anyone else had the same problem with Prizee???

If it seems too good to be true, then it is. But at least you enjoyed playing those games, and you still have a fortune in Bubz to prove what a good player you are.0

Doesn't really help though...the fact they have already sent me items and have sent cheques to other people means that they do exist...so I just need something to say to them to ensure they send me a cheque this one last time.Lightbulb Moment: 15/04/06 :j

I should imagine if enough people start abandoning them they will change their minds soon enough. I have used prizee and they have had an absolute fortune from me, I havn't been on in a few months tho as I was getting too addicted to it and had to buy maxpaks everyday.
I would hold tight for a while and see if they bring them back. They have changed other things before and bought them back because there was uproar.I live in my own little world, but it's ok as everyone knows me here0 -
Thanks bethom - I will keep nagging them and nagging them!Lightbulb Moment: 15/04/06 :j

i can understand why your upset with prizee but they are still offering items that you can exchange your blubs for. This site is intented as a place where people can play games for free and win real prizes. I know its takes ages if you don't buy max pack and thats where prizee make there money but have u checked the terms and conditions which might state prizes subject to change. sorry u feel you've been conned but theres tonnes of great rewards on offer still. For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.0
