Pleasure Faces competition: Terms and Conditions
1. General
a). These promotions are open to residents of the UK aged over 18 years or over, except employees (or members of their families), of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotions.
b). By entering the promotions, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
c). One entry per person per promotion is allowed.
d). No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are available only to the winners in person.
e). Images in the promotional material are for illustrative purposes only. The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this promotion.
f). The names and counties of the winners are available upon request by sending a self addressed envelope to the Promoter; Merisant UK Ltd. Aston Court, Kingsmead Business Park, Frederick Place, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP11 1LA.
g). The promotions close on August 3rd 2009.
2. Pleasure faces competition
a). The main prizewinner and runners-up will be selected as a result of public voting on www.canderelpleasurefaces.co.uk on the 4th August. In the event of a tie-break the main prize will be awarded to the participant who the judges feel have uploaded an image that they deem embodies one of life's pleasures most accurately and creatively. The panel of judges will include at least one member who is independent of the Promoter. The decision of the judges will be final and binding and no correspondence can be entered into.
b). The Pleasure faces slim-pack prize includes; a days photo shoot with makeover in a London location, the main prizewinner's shoot photo being printed on Canderel's 80 tablet slim-pack, an overnight stay in a London hotel (single room only x 1 person), £500 cash and a Canderel goodie bag which consists of Canderel 300’s blister, Canderel 40g jar, mug, tea towels, measuring spoon, recipe brochure.
c). The main prizewinner will be notified by email on the 4th August and followed up with a phone call. It is the winner's responsibility to provide a working email contact address and telephone number, and to respond to communication within 2 working days. The promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner if the original winner fails to adhere to these terms and conditions.

There is definitely something wrong with this website. My sister's picture and a few others were uploaded this morning. I was just about to vote and they disappeared! I have emailed customer services but had no reply yet.
I'm also certain loads of other pics have disappeared overnight. I'm sure there were much more pics yesterday.0 -

I put mine on but it's probably vamoosed. I loathe voting comps, they get fixed, the ugly mugs win because they get people to vote for them in the dozens

For anyone else who had their pic put on - is it still there now? I'm sure lots are missing since yesterday and I emailed them about it but got nowhere so far. I don't know whether my sister should put hers on again.0 -

It took mine a day I think, over the weekend. I wouldn't put it on again otherwise it will be a duplicate. Maybe email them/wait until tomorrow! If you want to win you're probably going to have to fix it, I've given up it's quite blatantly fixed. Quite pathetic really.
