To use it as a monitor (i.e. with a satellite receiver, DVD player, etc.) connected by SCART then yes. But the tuner wouldn't pick anything up - so you couldn't tune the TV in to local terrestrial transmissions.0

I lived in Norway for a short time a good many years ago.If I remember rightly we had bought a PAL (?) Sony TV in UK which worked fine.0

Shouldn't be a problem and the beauty of using a UK TV is that all the Scandanavian programmes will automatically be in English.0
