As long as you have the ebay listing, the invoice, the PayPal payment/review procedure/and payment revocation and very very importantly the Special Delivery receipt and a copy of the recipients signature.. then you should fare well should it come to a court decision.

Would it be worth doing this? Would I be successful? How much would it cost me if I took this to court and what's to stop them from just ignoring the letter? Also I have a feeling that the person who took delivery of the phone is different to the person who scammed me if that makes sense.
