Lloyds unauthorised OD charge

Hi

I unwittingly went overdrawn last month by £16 and dont have, or need, an overdraft and they've charged me £33 for it!
Can I claim this back?

    I've just re-read the letter and thery haven't yet taken the money, it will be debited on 3rd august.
    Can I challenge this before they take it to save all of the hassle?
