Lloyds business bank charges HELP

Please can anyone advise me if it has been said anywhere that the reclaim court case is not about buiness charges. Lloyds have written after more than yr with 2 letters and the one I received today says they will not look at financial hardship with my account or even repay the charges if they lose thru the court case. The account was a sole trader account and I lost my house and went thru a personal IVA, if that is not financial hardship I don't know what is. Pleasce can anyone help.

Is there any way we can get back money on business bank charges. My claim with FOS just been rejected as business bank charges not deemed unfair nor are they are penalties!!
