Auctiva e-mailed previous buyer.

I received an e-mail today from a buyer who made a purchase from me on July 13th, they received the item the next day and left good feedback, transaction complete and no need for either of us to have any further contact, or so it seemed.
Today the buyer received an e-mail that they forwarded on to me that said the usual congratulations you have one your item etc, sorry far to much identifying information about the buyer for me to post an edited version, the e-mail also mentioned details of another auction, completed yesterday, that had been won by someone else, understandably the first buyer was under the impression that I was looking for payment for the second auction and they duly forwarded the e-mail to me, the e-mail appears to have been automatically sent by Auctiva, there are no links in the e-mail soliciting payment thus I don't think it is a scam, has anyone else had experience of this recentlly.
I am just a bit concerned if Auctiva are going to take it upon themselves to sent out e-mails without my consent it is going to get buyers backs up if they feel they are being spammed by me.
