ASOS.com havent delivered my stuff and the customer care is useless!!

I ordered some clothes from asos.com on the 13th july, and they were meant to turn up 2-3 working days later. By last Thursday at the latest apparently. I have patiently waited in for a whole week, but my order still says order processing? So it hasn't even been sent out.
Whats bugging me is that they debited my card fast enough!
I have contacted the website via email loads of times, and all i get is "the order has been sent to the warehouse email tomorrow and I can tell you more blah blah" and they don't know when it will get sent out.
I find this unacceptable, surely the customer help people can do more than keep fobbing me off with this? I needed this stuff for this weekend, and am feeling rather annoyed that no one will help at asos. What can I do?
Any help advice appriciated.
