Its a bit difficult to tell about funding from the info you have provided. The best thing to do is to fill out the Student Direct (called something else now) forms online and see what you can get. Sometimes you can be better off if you're not working, but it depends on your individual circumstances.

    Good Luck
Thanks to all the fabulous people who post on this forum.

Thanks for the advice everyone. hope to get things sorted soon.

Volcano - the course is classed as full time, as some of it will be work based. 2 days a week will be at uni, but 3 days a week will be worked based pracitce. Thanks for your reply

Thanks stitch26. Have already sent forms in to student finance, now like the rest of the world, just waiting to see if and when my funding will arrive!

That sounds a tad unconventional. Sometimes the LEA's and the university's definition of 'full time' may not tally. Hope you get your funding all the same.

    Best of luck.
  • I think you should be funded as you are following on from your foundation degree to complete a 3rd year hence making it a bachelor degree.

To those querying whether a foundation degree is full time and work full time.
I'm doing a foundation degree which is classed as full time and in full time work 37.5 hours a week however the two over lap as time spent at work was classed as work based learning.

Thanks for your reply. Was starting to feel a bit sick about not being funded  hopefully it will all be ok!
