Bought an Item on Saturday, which arrived yesterday (thursday) but it's not as described.
3 Speed Gearbox ordered but 2 Speed Arrived.
I emailed the Seller straight away, to see what they are going to do to sort it out but as of yet they have not responded.
How Long would you leave it before raising a Paypal dispute.
Seller has two items left for sale one is ending tonight, so I'm assuming they will be on Ebay today.
Not 100% sure if it was an accidental either as looking back through there history they have bought a number of 2 Speed Gearbox's over the last couple of months.

Give them a couple of days to respond. (you have 45 days to raise a dispute)0

Seller has now responded to my email, and has said he will refund once the Gearbox is back with him.
Going to send it Recorded tomorrow.
If he then does not give a refund can I then open a dispute and provide the tracking number or will it count against me as the tracking will show delivery before I opened the dispute.
Or would it be more sensible to open the dispute first0 -

Open the Not as Described dispute now, and escalate it to a claim straight away. In a few days, Paypal'll tell you to return it. You return it as they said, and then tap in the tracking number. Then just wait
