    Ryanair charged me €60 for a flight transfer fee in Dublin airport. However when I got my nationwide statement they presented the debit in sterling. I phone to tell them I'd signed for €60 to be debited not the sterling amount - needless to say they did not give me the time of day, just allowed me to waste more money on the phone call!
