Whoohooo Maz - well done on the light :j When I left my exH I managed to knock out a fire place and put a new one in, something I'd been asking him to do for about 2 years....I had it done in a weekend....amazing what you can do with you have to.

The whole swine flu thing is getting a bit OTT, it seems to be spreading so quick that I don't understand the 14 days of exclusion. I can appreciate they're not swab or blood testing everyone but handing out the drugs based on a "tick box" system does seem a bit strange.

I have a very bangy head this morning - self inflicted but worth it - had a lovely curry at the pub and far to much wine, came home and had even more wine....was wide awake at 8am tho and fancied toast.

I'm making the most of not having DD's here it seems.

Still raining here, DS camped out in mates garden last night, so DD had a mate sleepover here. They are camping in our garden tonight.Must go and empty freezer of old rubbish. Donald Russell had half price offer with free delivery too so have stocked up and expected delivery is today.Have a good day all..SRM xxx

Snaggles, there's lots of colds going around at the moment so it's unlikely you've got swine flu. It's blown out of all proportion - most people wouldn't bother getting tamiflu if they had normal 'flu over the winter, they'd just stick it out at home until they felt better, so why there's all this fuss about pig flu I don't know...

But if you grow a tail, then yes, you probably should see doctor!

Not much going on here - my DH is away for a few days, so I'm a bit sad about that I don't like being alone in our flat so I'm going to stay with my in-laws tonight LOL!

This is not my day. Apparently, I've got to speed up drastically at work or I'll get the sack! :eek: With no notice whatsoever, since I'm one of the casual staff. Is that even allowed? I'm heading home now so I'll check for answers tomorrow.
