Query about winning

I received the winning email to a £1000 prize a month or two back from a very large company since then i received email asking for my name and address and then nothing. I emailed them after not hearing for about 4 weeks to be told its being sent to us now from head office will be sorted soon but still nothing. Its now been quite while since i last heard.

What would you do? Do you have any rights as a winner to a competition ?
